BizBharat Pro provides a comprehensive billing and commerce platform for Indian businesses, including features such as invoicing, inventory management, OCR automation, online stores, and related services.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code

Payment Terms

Subscription and payment terms:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Guwahati High Court, Assam.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
